The good news is that you can take inspiration from them too! Here are 10 celebrity health and fitness inspirations for women to emulate and get you started on your own fitness journey.

Gwyneth Paltrow

The Goop founder and actress is known for her clean living and healthy habits. She follows a strict diet that is free of dairy, gluten, and sugar and incorporates regular exercise into her routine with fitness trainer Tracy Anderson.

She aims for 45 minutes each of muscular structure training and cardio, five days each week.

As far as Paltrow's diet is concerned, she eats lots of veggies and "good proteins." She shares with Shape "I just try to eat pretty clean during the day. Good proteins and lots of vegetables and not too much grain or sugar, and nothing baked."

Jennifer Aniston

This 50-something actress is known for her toned arms and flat stomach. She maintains her enviable physique by sticking to a regular workout routine.

Speaking to In Style she shared that her go-to workout is what she has coined the ’15-15-15 method’: a straightforward 15 minutes on a bike, followed by 15 minutes on a cross trainer and 15 minutes on a treadmill.

It's also widely known that Jennifer loves collagen supplements and has said she loves having it with her morning coffee and replenishing after a workout.

Kendall Jenner

Supermodel and social media personality Kendall Jenner is known for her slender figure and toned physique. She keeps herself in shape through regular boxing workouts and enjoys more challenging workouts like weight lifting and cardio.

Kendall likes working out first thing in the morning and works out for an hour or less to maintain a toned physique and stay in shape. Rather than working out excessively, she lifts weights and does bodyweight exercises to gain and maintain muscle mass.

Additionally, she likes to do a lot of ab exercises to stay lean and does every exercise for 30 seconds before moving on to the next one.

Serena Williams

The tennis superstar is known for her powerful physique and impressive athleticism. She maintains her impressive strength and endurance with regular workouts that include tennis drills, weightlifting, and cardio.

Serena at-home fitness routine consists of a lot of cardio. The star performs HIIT workouts (high-intensity interval training), stretches, does some strength training and mostly focuses on cardio exercises.

When it comes to her diet, she follows a raw vegan diet and her refrigerator "is really just vegan: coconut water, Gatorade (my favorite!), cucumbers, mint, kale, vegetables, ginger, and wheat grass."

Victoria Beckham

Fashion icon Victoria Beckham, known for her slim figure and fabulous wardrobe, stays in shape through a combination of healthy eating habits and workouts like Pilates, yoga, and weight lifting.

Victoria told The Guardian magazine that her exercise routine begins between 5.30 am and 6 am with a 7km run on the treadmill, which is a "mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running. That's the only time I watch TV – boxsets, documentaries – so I look forward to that. It takes 45 minutes". This is then followed by an hour long session with her personal trainer. She's also recently added in weight training to her "very, very disciplined" fitness routine and has admitted it's done wonders for her muscle tone.

According to Women's Health she starts her day with a bowl of sprouted grain cereal. Beckhams’ go-to pick contains wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet and spelt, which she then tops with "unsweetened organic almond milk." She's also a big lover of avocados as they're great for the skin!

Kate Middleton

The Duchess of Cambridge is often seen cycling, hiking, and practicing yoga to keep herself healthy and fit. She also enjoys playing tennis and hits the gym hard at the swanky Harbour Club in Chelsea.

The Princess has revealed that she likes to join in with her children when jumping on their trampoline and Kate has found herself in some scrapes thanks to the sport. During an official visit to HMP High Down in Surrey, she sported a hand injury which was confirmed as being because of her trampolining antics!

Kate is known to start her day with a smoothie and plenty of reports have also praised Kate for being somewhat of a whizz in the kitchen. Apparently, some of her go-to recipes include soups, curries and roast chicken - one of William's faves!

Jennifer Lopez

At 51 years old, Jennifer Lopez's age-defying figure is the envy of women everywhere. She maintains her toned abs and legs by mixing dance cardio, weight training, and Pilates into her fitness routine.

She visits the gym four to five times a week and trains for an hour each day. Jennifer has two personal trainers who she exercises with 一 David Kirsch in New York and Tracy Anderson in Los Angeles and mixes up strength training and cardio. She does exercises like running, reverse lunges, jumping jacks, weighted sumo squats, side planks, shoulder taps, tricep extensions with resistance bands, bicep curls, and much more!

Her diet includes leafy green vegetables, lean proteins, and some complex carbs. She also avoids alcohol, caffeine, and refined or processed foods. “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine,” she admitted to Hollywood Life. “That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”

Khloé Kardashian

The reality TV star and fashion mogul has undergone a stunning body transformation in recent years. She credits her slimmer figure to a disciplined diet that includes plenty of vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. More recently, the reality TV star has shared details of the hard work she has – and continues – to put in at the gym.

Khloé Kardashian goes hard in the gym and is up at 6am five days a week to work out with her trainer.

Her routine involves full-body circuit training sessions, focusing on resistance training and a cardio routine. Khloé's workouts are fast-paced to burn as many calories as possible.

Khloé follows a diet plan that is low in cars and high in protein and when she initially lost weight she was eating 6-8 small meals a day - and dropped an estimated 30 pounds!

She also loves smoothies for breakfast, and green protein is a must in her morning meal as it helps curb her cravings.

She trains about an hour six days a week and takes Sundays off. Her training session includes an hour of cardio or an hour of strength-gaining exercises.

Demi focuses on eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 main meals. She also eats protein-filled snacks during the day to curb cravings and keep her feeling full.
